Hypnotherapy

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnotic trance is the simple shifting back and forth between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. This is a natural process and occurs 80% of everyday for most people. It also allows access to the deep unconscious.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the process of psychotherapy with a client who is in the hypnotic altered state of consciousness.

What is Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy?

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy is an experiential process that utilizes a combination of hypnosis, humanistic, behavioral, and developmental psychology in conjunction with NLP and Gestalt techniques to access the subconscious to release and heal the source of negative belief patterns and trauma.

The Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy model is a participatory process in which the client not only dives into important memories but also is encouraged to tap into the emotions attached to those memories. The process includes physically releasing the energy of those emotions from the body with guidance from the therapist. Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy sessions are designed to end in a place of gentle self-acceptance, worthiness, and Heart-Centered love.

Hypnotherapy can be used in the treatment of:

  • Physical/Sexual Abuse
  • PTSD/trauma
  • Fear/anxiety/depression
  • Trust/attachment issues
  • Weight Release & Eating Disorders
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Pain Management
  • Changing unwanted behaviors or patterns
